Avoid an unclear final day
For a short booking, specify when people stop using the facilities and when the supplier may collect. Those times may differ. Keep a property contact available until the equipment has been removed under the agreed arrangement.
Separate the use date from the visit windows
A one-day activity can still require delivery before and collection after that day. Give the exact period people need facilities, property access hours and the event or work start. Ask the business to confirm available appointments rather than interpreting a requested date as a promise.
Choose for the activity, not just duration
A brief but busy gathering may need different facilities from a quiet repair project. Describe users, permanent bathrooms and accessible needs. Consider washing and the actual equipment features. Review transport, service if needed and pickup alongside the rental period when comparing the proposal.
Make the handover easy
Have a responsible person agree the position and provide access instructions privately. Keep the approach open for removal and contact the business if plans change. Do not assume the supplier can enter an unattended locked property or that a short rental includes unspecified extra services.

Equipment and intended use
Have the proposed model, quantity and needed features identified in the quote. Explain available permanent facilities and the busiest users. Confirm suitability for the property with the responsible contact.
Visits and responsibility
Review delivery, attention, supply replenishment and collection together. Keep the accepted dates and access arrangements with the site contact. Ask how changes, service questions and removal requests should be handled.
